What Morrow is
Morrow is a sleep tracker, alarm clock and nutrition log. It records measurements from your phone and from a connected wearable, and shows you patterns in them.
What Morrow is not
Morrow is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Nothing it shows you is medical advice. Its sleep figures, scores and observations are estimates derived from consumer sensors, and consumer sensors are not clinical instruments. If you are concerned about your health or your sleep, speak to a doctor.
The alarm
Morrow does its best to wake you, using several independent mechanisms. It cannot guarantee that an alarm will ring: a phone can run out of battery, be switched off, be silenced by the operating system, or have its permissions revoked. Do not rely on Morrow alone where missing a wake-up would cause you harm or loss.
Your account
Signing in is optional. If you do sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your data
You own the data you record. Morrow's handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Connected services
If you connect a third-party account such as a wearable service, your use of that service remains governed by that service's own terms. Morrow reads only what you authorise, and you may disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or its servers, and do not use it in any way that breaks the law.
Availability and changes
Morrow may change, and features may be added, altered or withdrawn. Parts of it depend on services outside our control and may be unavailable at times.
Liability
Morrow is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, HeiselSmart is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a missed alarm or a decision made on the basis of an estimate it displayed.
